HN Capital Partners, LLC was founded by Vipin Nambiar in 2017 as an opportunistic investment manager looking for unique risk-reward situations in multiple asset classes. HN Capital was originally formed in partnership with Hunt Consolidated Inc. HN Capital Partners and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) to specialize in real estate development, hospitality assets, and distressed CRE. The company takes a long-term approach to compounding capital, identifying unique risk reward situations, and using volatility in markets’ out-of-favor assets as indicators for entry points. Additionally, HN Capital uses its design-oriented approach to creative placemaking by applying its hospitality expertise as a tool to activate developments and neighborhoods. The firm uses extensive research and a view on the interplay of capital and real estate cycles to inform its investment strategy. Since 2017, the HN Capital Partners team has invested over $1B in gross assets in a variety of real estate, hospitality and credit investments. In addition, the firm helped set up affiliate managers in high-yield credit and distressed real estate, which further helps inform its market view and access to deal flow.

HN Capital has developed robust infrastructure across investment, legal, compliance, and operations disciplines. HN’s partnership with Hunt organization provides meaningful stability to the firm. HN Capital Partners seeks to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns by matching capital with appropriate duration, exceptional partners, and high-quality assets and businesses. The firm strives to remain nimble and flexible throughout market cycles and lean on the developed expertise of its team and network to exploit opportunities.
