Dallas’ W Hotel is getting a makeover in Victory Park
Since 2019, the luxury hotel has been owned by an investment venture headed by Dallas’ HN Capital Partners.
At the time of the sale, the new owners pledged to spend millions of dollars on upgrades to the 12-floor hotel. “We finished the restaurant and spa earlier this year and are now starting the lobby and rooms,” HN Capital Partners’ Vipin Nambiar said.
Fort Worth’s Bennett Partners is the architect for the project.
Along with the Victory Park hotel, HN Capital Partners is also the largest property owner in Dallas’ Design District.
Dallas’ W Hotel is just one of several in North Texas getting a refresh since the start of the pandemic.
The Dallas-Fort Worth area leads the country in new hotel construction with 173 projects in the development pipeline.
