HN Capital Partners, LLC was founded by Vipin Nambiar in 2017 as an opportunistic real estate investment manager and developer looking for unique risk-reward situations. Originally formed as a partnership between Vipin Nambiar and Hunt Consolidated Inc., HN Capital Partners and its subsidiaries specialize in real estate development, hospitality assets and distressed CRE.

Vipin Nambiar
As managing partner, Mr. Nambiar directs and manages an opportunistic investment portfolio with the goal of identifying unique risk-reward situations. He has significant experience overseeing successful execution of real estate development projects, including design, underwriting, financing, and asset management. Prior to the formation of HN Capital Partners, Mr. Nambiar served as Managing Director in the investment group at the Hunt organization, where he directed an opportunistic portfolio of direct investments. He has over fifteen years of experience in public and private real estate, during which he invested and managed over $3 Billion of assets.
Mr. Nambiar was previously a Vice President at Hunt Realty Investments, responsible for Hunt’s credit investments in real estate. He also served as the portfolio manager for Presidio Investments, a leading CMBS, and structured products investor, where he was responsible for over $200 million of structured securities. He was also a member of the investment committee and helped form and operate Investcorp Credit Fund III, a CRE mezz lender. Prior to that, he was responsible for developing investment strategies, sourcing new operating partners, and overseeing several of the firm’s operating company investments. In addition, he also played a key role in the formation of Akard Street Partners, a $500 million investment partnership with the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.
Mr. Nambiar earned an MBA from the University of Chicago with a focus on finance and economics, and an integrated Masters in Urban Planning and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, where he attended on a fellowship award. He was awarded the Cogburn Family Foundation Architecture and Urbanism Prize at UT Austin, and the American Alumni Association Award in Mumbai, India. He serves as chairman of the Board for ISW Academy, a private school for special needs children in Dallas. Additionally, he is actively involved in the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
Jeremy Selman
Mr. Selman leads hotel investments and acquisition, with two decades at the forefront of acquisition, conceptualization, programming, development, and operation of lifestyle hotels. Prior to joining HN Capital Partners, he was Co-Founder and President of Sydell Group, where he led the creation and growth of the brands, instrumental in the development and management of Sydell Group’s real estate. His strengths are in conceptualization and execution of lifestyle real estate, with a focus on hospitality, including deal execution, design and construction, food and beverage, and operations.
Mr. Selman has previously been part of large-scale projects including the Park MGM/NoMad Las Vegas, a 3,000-key resort with 120,000 SF of meeting space, casinos (including a high-limit casino), four swimming pools, 10 outlets, a nightclub, and a 5,000-SF theater, and The Ned’s Club in London, a 252-room hotel with a 320,000 sq ft membership club in the heart of London’s Square Mile. Other projects include NoMad New York, Los Angeles and London, the LINE LA, DC and Austin, Freehand New York, LA, Miami, and Chicago, and Saguaro Palm Springs and Scottsdale. Before co-founding Sydell Group, he was a partner at GFI Development, where he developed Ace Hotels (New York and Palm Springs). Mr.Selman has a B. A. from Columbia University and M.S. from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is active in the Tanenbaum Organization and serves as Chairman Emeritus of Urban Upbound.
Noeha Coutry
Ms. Coutry oversees asset management for the growing portfolio of HN Capital hotels with a mission to ensure strong financial returns in each location, supporting hotel operations, sales and marketing, service delivery, and overseeing capital improvement projects. With 35 years in hospitality, her experience spans roles in sales and operations in several companies, including General Manager and Regional VP of Sales & Marketing. She’s worked with prestigious hotels, restaurants, and spas in both international and domestic locations, having moved 20 times within five countries, now a resident of Dallas since July 1999.
Most recently, Ms. Coutry spent over 20 years with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton. Also supporting The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center for over a decade, she presented keynote speeches in service delivery and company culture to non-hotel organizations on behalf of the two-time Malcom Baldrige award-winning lodging company. A graduate with honors from Duke University, Ms. Coutry is fluent in several languages. She is active in the community, currently a board member of the Dallas Tourism Public Improvement District and Visit Dallas Sales Committee.
Adam Hammack
Mr. Hammack is responsible for development and strategy across multiple product types at HN Capital Partners. His projects sit at the intersection of thoughtful placemaking, bespoke execution, and strong financial returns. He is a seasoned real estate executive with a long history of successful outcomes for clients, and has deep expertise in design, analysis, and deal structuring.
Prior to HNCP, Mr. Hammack spent over 10 years in brokerage and development in Dallas, first at CBRE and later at JLL. During his career, he has leased over 10 million square feet, including deals for institutional clients such as Goldman Sachs, Hines, KBS, and TIAA-CREF. Additionally, Mr. Hammack was Vice President and lead mixed-use development for Milhaus across multiple markets, where he was primarily focused on complex urban project. Mr. Hammack holds an M.S. degree in Urban Planning from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University.
Will Keiser
Mr.Keiser is primarily responsible for the acquisition, analysis and strategic planning activities of the firm’s various platforms. His breadth and depth of investment experience for over a decade allows him to add value across the investment landscape and project lifecycle for HNCP and its investors.
Prior to joining HNCP, Mr. Keiser was a member of the investment team at Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX, where he was responsible for investing on behalf of the hospital’s $2 billion endowment across a wide variety of asset classes and structures including real assets, equity, fixed income, hedge funds, and venture capital. Mr. Keiser earned his MBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, B.S in Engineering Science from Trinity University and is a CAIA Charter holder.
John McCarthy
Mr. McCarthy is an accomplished Real Estate Executive with extensive experience in Operations, Construction and Development of Commercial Real Estate. Over the past 25 years, he has worked for some of the largest real estate management and development companies in the US with primary interest in the Multi-Family and Hospitality areas of the business. He has been involved in over $5 Billion of property acquisitions and development.
Mr. McCarthy describes himself as a “hands-on” manager who ensures budgets and schedules are maintained without sacrificing the overall quality of the product. He is known for his strong negotiation track record and has been able to reduce expenses/costs and increase revenues to make properties and projects more profitable and successful. In addition to knowing the local real estate market, Mr. McCarthy is able to bring a global perspective having worked in all areas of property management, including Property Operations, Construction, Development and Asset Management.
Nitin Nambiar
Mr. Nambiar leads the communications, investor relations and marketing function at HN Capital Partners. As a global financial and corporate communications professional, Mr. Nambiar brings a unique blend of experience across financial services, energy/renewables and ESG consulting in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
He has previously served in leadership roles at global consulting firms, where he has been responsible for leading investor relations, sustainability and communications programs for blue-chip companies. From 2020-2022, he served as communications lead at ADNOC Group, one of the world’s largest energy companies. Prior to this, he was spearheading energy transition and climate investment project communications at The World bank Group based in Washington, DC.
Mr. Nambiar has been part of over 15 successful IPO listing campaigns across ADX, DIFX, LSE and Nasdaq exchanges. In 2019, he was named in ’40 under 40’ Leaders in Media and Marketing by Communicate Magazine. He has also served as honorary Board Member of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world’s largest industry body for Communications professionals, besides being part of the Forbes Communications Council.
Nitin holds an MBA from HEC Paris, France. He is also a GRI Certified Sustainability professional.
Charlotte Carr
Ms. Carr helps with the day-to-day operations at HNCP. Additionally, she helps track all AUM for HNCP and is focused on marketing initiatives and overall operations of the newly acquired Dallas Design District. Prior to joining HNCP, Ms. Carr worked at Overseas Private Investment Corporation in Washington D.C. and Charter Holdings in Dallas. She holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business in 2018.
Nathan Wilson
Mr. Wilson is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions and vendor management at HN Capital Partners. He has created accounting processes to streamline day-to-day and monthly tasks. Additionally, he works with the property managers to set up monthly reporting packages, manage corporate accounts, and set up yearly budgets and cash flow projections. Over the years, Mr. Wilson has consulted to several leading private equity companies within the US, including at NOW CFO.
Prior to his current role, he worked as a Regional Controller over US and Canada for DNV, an international business system certification company. He also worked as a consultant for Sonic Automotive, where he created standardized reporting processes for all 137 dealerships. He also worked with Apple to create a sales app that was also rolled out to all the dealerships. He holds a BBA in finance from Rawls Business School at Texas Tech University.
