Prime Turtle Creek Property Sells North of Uptown Dallas

Now an affiliate of Dallas’ HN Capital Partners has acquired the Turtle Creek tract, Dallas deed records show.

HN Capital Partners is an investment manager that was originally founded with the sponsorship of Hunt Investment Group. It led the group that purchased Victory Park’s W Hotel in 2019.

The Turtle Creek site’s new owner is HN GH Turtle Creek LLC, and the deed was returned to HN Capital’s office in downtown Dallas.
