Dallas Decorative Center

One of the largest and most iconic development in the Dallas Design District is the eight-acre Dallas Decorative Center. Built in 1957 by Trammell Crow, 13 tenants established the very first center for wholesale design in the country. Today, the complex bridges the gap between to-the-trade and retail and is also home to some of the most premier dining destinations in the world.

We are strategically repositioning the Dallas Decorative Center to become a premier urban asset within the city. This transformation involves a comprehensive overhaul of the property’s infrastructure, amenities and tenancy. A pivotal component of this revitalization initiative involves the adjustment of rental rates. The pricing realignment is a direct response to the shifting dynamics of the market and the escalating demand for premium urban spaces. This change not only reflects the Center’s upgraded offerings but also positions it as a prime choice for businesses and retailers seeking a vibrant urban location to enhance their visibility and access to a diverse customer base.
