The total built area owned by the company within the district is at nearly 1 million sq. ft across 19 buildings, including Dallas Decorative Center and retail space along Hi Line Drive, Oak Lawn Avenue, Turtle Creek Blvd, Stemmons Freeway and 1500 Dragon Street.
